Our published wedding streaming starting price is for a two-camera setup. Your quote will confirm the coverage and any extras.
Plan with your venue
Camera positions, power and internet access all affect a live stream. Speak to your venue or ceremony organiser about permission, and share their contact details with us when arranging the practical checks.
Let us know about any restrictions on filming, music or where equipment can be placed. We can then discuss what is practical before the day.
Make it straightforward for remote guests
Share the viewing link and instructions in advance. Include the ceremony time and time zone, particularly for guests abroad. Encourage viewers to join early and check their device and internet connection.
A live stream is watched at the scheduled time. If you want guests to watch later, ask about recording and replay arrangements when booking.
A recording to revisit
Discuss keepsake video and titled video production if you would like a lasting record of the occasion. Editing and delivery are agreed separately, so your quote makes clear what is included.
